2022 "Split the Donations" Success!

We are so excited about the Split the Donations Fundraiser Success! The first annual charitable fundraiser hosted by Pena Commercial was on Saturday, July, 30, 2022! Pena Property Management, along with our sister companies JSP Commercial Solutions and EMVP Services, and a network of local Plano businesses, volunteered time, funds, and prizes to the event which made it the success that it was.
We are happy to announce that the event brought in $3,535! These funds were raised through entry fees, raffles, and generous donations. Since Pena Commercial “picked up the split,” Hope’s Door New Beginning Center and Second Chance SPCA will both receive a charitable donation of $3,535 to better the lives of the people and animals of our hometown of Plano, Texas.

First and foremost, a huge thank you goes to Plano Super Bowl. The administration staff, bartenders, servers, service crew, and kitchen personnel were an integral part of our event. Thank you to everyone at PSB!
And thanks to the Volunteers!
